it's time to snap out of it...

i've been in a funk for WAY too long...everywhere you turn these days there is nothing but doom and gloom...i'm tired of it...so i decided to take charge and get myself on the road to recovery...a trip to wholefoods yielded:

so far i'm happy with all of my purchases...especially the chocolate bars...which were on sale to boot!

stay tuned for a giveaway (early next week) AND info on a swap...you do NOT have to be crafty to participate in the swap...the theme is going to be 'relax'...cause really, who DOESN'T need to right now? it will be a paired swap...so put your thinking caps on and get ready if you are interested...details soon, very soon, i promise...

until then, have a great weekend and eat some chocolate & drink some tea...i insist!

because...straight out of punchy's mouth 'in a few months things are going to get better'...

...off to un-funk...

Happy Valentines to you two! I agree...get out of that funk. You have too much to do with your talents to stay in a funky mood. Your purchases look yummy. Leave the news OFF the tv and radio. It sure helps not to listen to it. there is nothing we can do about.

I gotta get out of my no posting funk! You've got my favorite tea - Kava and it really does relax. I'll watch out for the swap, sounds like fun.

i hate lack of creativity funks... im on bedrest and havent been able to do anything, but think about what i wish i could be creating....ok...not true... i did finally finish a crocheted afghan that i had started in high school (my grandma bought the yarn from woolworths if that means anything to anyone)...a little over a decade and several weeks of bedrest later...volia...afghan :)
