today we all had something to prepare...here 'M' is making salsa, the husband made black bean couscous salad and i made cranberry, white chocolate chip pumpkin muffins

the building has gone wireless!!! we hung out on the balcony today instead of dragging everything down to the beach...we dubbed the balcony 'the internet cafe'

happy cinco de mayo!!! margaritas before noon...shhh don't tell...

paragliding offshore

lunch:the husband's couscous & jalapeno goat cheese quesadillas with frozen beverages

delicious!

the cinco de mayo theme continues for dinner: chicken enchiladas

with spanish rice and chips/salsa

my painting had taken over the dining table

today i finished book one & am getting ready to start book 2: savannah from savannah

have a great nite...

Oh, it looks like such a good vacation! I love that you are right on the beach front because you don't have to go down to the sand to enjoy that view and smell and sounds. The food looks so good. Drinking and painting??? Watch out!

OMG!!! I love my sneak preview of the elephant painting!!! Looks great!

We celebrated Cinco De Mayo with fajitas and margheritas at the in-laws tonight. Was Awesome.

Glad you are living it up!

It looks like you are having a great time. I can't believe you've already finished one book...with all that food and view from the balcony..and wireless internet in the bldg!...there is no way I would be able to concentrate on reading.

Thanks for sharing the beach with us! It may be the only way I get to see it this year.
